Shipping

At Seema Kohli Studio, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days.Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will be informed via email once your order has been placed. In case we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. All couriers will be sent via local courier services and can take from 5-14 days to reach you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS within 24 hours. You can track your order online through the carrier’s website.In case you do not receive your order within this timeline, please do write to us so we can send you tracking details for your order.

Shipping Issues:
If your order is lost, delayed damaged, please get in touch with us at official.seemakohli@gmail.com so that we can work with you to sort the issue out. We are however, not responsible for any such occurrence.

Note:
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Returns policy
All sales are final.

In case we are unable to process your order due to unforeseen circumstances we will refund the money within 14 days.
