These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Seema Kohli’s website, and services, including but not limited to purchasing products, accessing content, and interacting with the website. The usage of the terms “we”, “our” and “us” refers to the Seema Kohli Studio. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Use of the Site

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms, including all updates, revisions, and any policies incorporated by reference.These documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and the studio concerning your use of the Site.You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You may not use the Site to:

• Infringe upon the Artist’s intellectual property rights or the rights of third parties;
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
• Disrupt or interfere with the functionality of the Site.

2. General terms

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks

The items available for purchase on the Site includes original products. All items are described as accurately as possible, but variations in color or texture may occur due to differences in monitors or screens.

Prices, availability, and descriptions of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item at any time.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products. All orders are subject to acceptance by theArtist , and the Artist reserves the right to reject orders at their discretion.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and ensure that your payment is completed in full. Prices displayed on the Site are in INR, and may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All Artwork displayed on the Site, including original works, is protected by copyright. The Artist retains full ownership of the copyright in all Artwork, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the Artwork for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Artist.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Artist. The Artist is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, accuracy or practices of any third-party websites. We do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the purchase of items on the site. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the item in question, excluding shipping costs, taxes, and any additional fees.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
